Terms of service

These terms govern use of AscendantCare tenant portals, training workflows, evidence exports, and platform support services.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

Tenant controlled

Programs configure users, cohorts, documents, assignments, and operational policies inside their tenant.

Training records

Students and guardians use the portal to participate in training, consent, document, and progress workflows.

Compliance first

Audit trails, export packets, and role controls are part of the core service contract.

Manual v1 payments

Learner checkout is not the v1 payment authority; tenant admins use audited manual payment gates.

1. Service scope

AscendantCare provides tenant-scoped software for healthcare and CTE training programs, including cohort management, assignments, AI-assisted grading review, clinical-hour records, CMS 22 skills tracking, document review, guardian consent, audit logs, and evidence exports. ARH provides the platform; each tenant remains responsible for its program operations, regulatory submissions, instructor qualifications, and student communications.

2. Authorized users

Users may access only the tenant, role, student, or guardian records assigned to them. Sharing accounts, bypassing role controls, scraping tenant data, or attempting to access another tenant's records is prohibited. Administrators are responsible for promptly removing access for staff, instructors, students, guardians, and auditors who no longer need the platform.

3. Training and compliance records

Records entered into the platform should be accurate, current, and appropriate for the training program. Instructor sign-offs, grade approvals, retake decisions, document reviews, payment-gate changes, and clinical approvals may be audited and retained. Tenants should not upload patient-identifiable clinical PHI.

4. AI-assisted review

AI-assisted grading and feedback are decision-support tools provided through a third-party AI processor. Instructors and tenant administrators remain responsible for final grading, overrides, retake approvals, and student-facing feedback. AI output is assistive only and must be reviewed by a qualified human before it is relied on for a training decision; it is never the sole basis for a grade, eligibility, or completion outcome.

5. Payments and billing

In the current v1 configuration, learner payment status is controlled by audited manual gates marked paid, unpaid, or waived by authorized tenant staff. Live checkout, Stripe Connect, and platform-fee automation are enabled per tenant only after the production payment runbook and live-mode QA pass.

6. Support and termination

Tenants should route support through their designated tenant contacts and ARH support channels. ARH may suspend access to protect security, comply with law, resolve billing risk, or prevent misuse. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@ascendantroadholdings.com.
